Do you wish to purchase the goods as a wholesaler?

If you have a trade licence or you wish to purchase our products as a registered company the procedure is as follows.

Fill in and send the registration form
Send us the scan of your trade licence or a business register

Your registration has to be confirmed. Once it is done you can log in and start shopping.

There is no minimum order. The shipping cost is covered by the customer.

All payments are to be realized by the bank transfer prior to the shipping.

We cooperate with DACHSER and GLS logistic companies.

In general the dispatch varies according to the size of the order and the time of the year. Usually we ship up to 10 days once the payment has been credited to our account. During the peak season the expedition can take longer.

I wish to register

Are you a breeder? Do you wish to become a member of O'lala Pets club and take advantage of our money saving offers?

You are registered as a cat/dog breeder, you wish to purchase our products on a regular basis for less than a regular cost, the following steps are very easy.

Fill in the online registration form and submit it.
Send us your breeder’s licence scan.

Your registration will be confirmed and after the log in you can shop with us for the breeder’s prices. There is no minimum order but we strongly recommend to place at least 200 Euro orders. Shipping cost is calculated separately and the customer is with the first order always informed about its price.

There is only the bank transfer accepted for the foreign transactions.

We cooperate with DACHSER company for the bigger volume orders and GLS for the small-scale deliveries.
